How To Cook
Step 1: Marinate (500gm) Meat/Paneer in 4 tbsp paste + 4 tbsp yogurt.
Step 2: Cook it in a pan or an oven on medium heat

Loved the Tandoori tikka marinade. Made an almost perfect chicken tikka with it.
It is very good. but the besan does not stick to the masala fully and forms small lumps over the fish. It may be far better to make a thick slurry of besan, and dip the marinated fish in this slurry and then fry. Next time i am going to try this modification.
